v Prepare coffee, hot and cold beverages as per company standards.

v Operate coffee machines and beverage equipment.

v Maintain beverage quality, taste and presentation.

v Take customer orders and provide excellent service.

v Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the beverage counter.

v Monitor beverage ingredients and stock levels.

v Follow recipes, portion standards and store SOPs.
